Real Estate

Why hire a photographer for your real estate listing?

In today’s market, quality photos are essential to marketing real estate. Home shoppers have less free time than ever before. The Internet has given them the power to greatly narrow down the list of homes they will tour in person. This saves both the buyer and agent time by not running all over town looking at homes that were never a good fit. The way they do this is by looking at photos of the listing. In our fast-paced, information saturated world, positive and negative impressions are made in nanoseconds. Shoppers look at the photos of a home and decide before ever reading a description, caption, or even fully processing the photo, whether or not to look at it any further. This is why it’s so critical to have good, quality, and impactful photos of the home.

The real world, practical benefit of homes photographed professionally is that they get more online views, sell faster, and sell for higher amounts. A study by the Wall Street Journal in 2010 really drives the point home.

At the closing table, listings with nicer photos gain anywhere between $934 and $116,076–as measured by the difference between asking and final price

Tommy Daspit did a spectacular job on the photographs on my home. The house sold in two days. I believe some of that was due to the increased traffic because of how well the home was showcased in the photos Tommy took.

Tommy Dapit is an excellent photographer with a great deal of experience. I enjoy working with him. He goes the extra mile to market his client’s business or project by marketing the work on his various social media outlets. He is professional and always willing to lend a hand. I would highly recommend him.

Tommy has performed tremendous work for us in capturing our real estate in its best medium and circumstance. Upon receipt of our first project together, literally almost fell out of the chair when I received the portfolio...Unreal talent. He has always gone above and beyond with placing/staging the canvas of the house with a focus on appeal. Delivery and expectations have been exceedingly met each and every time. We are extremely privileged to have Tommy as an integral part of our marketing of real estate.

Tommy did a fantastic job! Absolutely recommend him for any real estate photography job. Tommy was through, and very informative during the job. He also finished the photos promptly and ahead of schedule. Very knowledgeable and well worth every penny. You won’t be disappointed.
